Murano by Angela Hartnett combines contemporary elegance and exquisite cuisine.

The dining room and bar sets a mood of sophistication and chic glamour. Murano’s classic tailored interior features a number of painted fresco panels which act as a backdrop to the traditional blown glasswork light fitting, specially commissioned as sculpted chandeliers for the restaurant.

As.well as the intimate fifty person capacity dining room, Murano also offer a raised Chef’s Table allowing guests to enjoy a direct-view into the working kitchen. No doubt the most coveted table in the restaurant it seats up to twelve guests who can witness: the drama of service and the theatre of the kitchen.

Angela, alongside headchef Diego Cardoso, has created a menu with a subtle Italian accent. reflecting her family roots. Set lunch, a la carte and tasting menus are available.
